Strong coupling effects during Cu/In/Ni interfacial reactions at 280 °C

The substantial heat generated in three-dimensional integrated circuits and high-power electronics has made thermal management a critical challenge for reliability in the electronics industry. Pure indium solder has been used as a thermal interface material to minimize the contact thermal resistance between a chip and its heat sink. Indium and indium-based alloys are potential lead-free solder for low-temperature applications. Heat sinks in the heat dissipation system as well as substrates of electronic joints are usually made of copper, with nickel being the most commonly used diffusion barrier on the chip side. Therefore, the Cu/In/Ni sandwich structure would be encountered in electronic devices. The soldering process for forming the Cu/In/Ni structure crucially determines the reliability of devices. In this study, Cu/In/Ni interfacial reactions at 280 °C were investigated. Intermetallic compounds were identified and the microstructural evolution was observed. A strong coupling effect between Cu and Ni was found, which caused several peculiar phenomena: (1) the formation of a Cu–In compound (the Cu₁₁In₉ phase) at the In/Ni interface; (2) the formation of two sub-layers of the Cu₁₁In₉ phase at the Cu/In interface; (3) the formation of faceted rod-like Cu₁₁In₉ grains; and (4) the formation of a half-Cu₁₁In₉, half-Ni₃In₇ microstructure after prolonged reactions. The mechanism of phase transformations is elucidated based on the calculated Cu–In–Ni ternary phase diagram using CALPHAD thermodynamic modeling.     

不锈钢马氏体转变的影响因素研究

对S30408和S30403两种牌号的奥氏体不锈钢板材在室温条件下进行单向拉伸试验,并用铁素体测量仪测量其马氏体相变量,结果表明随着拉伸变形量的增加,都诱发产生了形变马氏体,且随着变形量的增加形变诱发马氏体量迅速增加,并在拉断前逐渐趋于饱和。同时表明,随着含碳量增加马氏体转变量反而减小。     

Cross-fertilization for routine reconfiguration in IT-enabled organizational transformation

Routine reconfiguration is a key challenge for IT-enabled organizational transformation projects. However, how to successfully reconfigure existing routines remains unclear. This case study explores how to achieve routine reconfiguration in IT-enabled organizational transformation and suggests that routine reconfiguration can be achieved through the cross-fertilization of business domain knowledge. We identified a process model of cross-fertilization of business domain knowledge, which essentially incorporates three key processes (i.e., knowledge combination, reflection, and experimentation) and indicates that cross-fertilization can bring changes to all three types of trajectory components. The theoretical and practical implications of this study are also discussed.     

Research on Chromium Retrieval of Black Soil with Hyperspectral Imagery in Northeast of China#br#

According to the definition of spectral integral，a new spectral characteristic parameter，with the name Reversed Spectral Absorption Integral(RSAI)，is proposed and used to retrieve the chromium content based on the Partial Least Squares Regression(PLSR) model.The contrastive study with other traditional spectral characteristic parameters，including differential transformation，inverse transformation，absorption area，etc.indicates that(1) the first derivation of square root transformed model can predict the chromium content quantitatively in terms of spectral transformations.(2) the stability of the absorption area model is slightly poor，and the chromium content of samples can only be estimated roughly.(3) However，as to the inversed spectral absorption integral model，the adjustment determination coefficient(Ad-R²) of the modeling and verification is 0.73 and 0.77，while the Root Mean Squared Error(RMSE) is 2.63 mg/kg and 2.36 mg/kg respectively with Relative Percent Deviation(RPD) being 3.21，which shows that the RSAI model has excellent prediction ability.So，the inversed spectral absorption integral new model can improve the accuracy and stability used to retrieve the chromium content，which provides a new idea for monitoring the chromium contamination in soil.     

改进HSR-FCN的服装图像识别分类算法研究

目前网络上的服装图像数量增长迅猛，对于大量服装图像实现智能分类的需求日益增加。将基于区域的全卷积网络（Region-Based Fully Convolutional Networks，R-FCN）引入到服装图像识别中，针对服装图像分类中网络训练时间长、形变服装图像识别率低的问题，提出一种新颖的改进框架HSR-FCN。新框架将R-FCN中的区域建议网络和HyperNet网络相融合，改变图片特征学习方式，使得HSR-FCN可以在更短的训练时间内达到更高的准确率。在模型中引入了空间转换网络，对输入服装图像和特征图进行了空间变换及对齐，加强了对多角度服装和形变服装的特征学习。实验结果表明，改进后的HSR-FCN模型有效地加强了对形变服装图像的学习，且在训练时间更短的情况下，比原来的网络模型R-FCN平均准确率提高了大约3个百分点，达到96.69%。     

锚杆锯切设备自动化改造技术应用

通过对锚杆锯切设备的设计、改进情况进行总结，详细介绍了自动化改造前后的设备工作原理、结构组成以及各部分工作过程动作描述等内容，根据改造前后的各项数据统计分析，列出了自动化改造后产品质量、生产效率和企业的利润的变化，同时还有设备故障率、工人劳动强度、设备操作人员数量的减少以及工厂生产环境由污染型转变成节能环保型企业等相关内容，展示所取得的有益效果。
